Refund & Exchange Policy

Even if customers are dissatisfied with our items, The Fashion Wear Apparel truly wishes to please them. We thus guarantee exchange and return procedures that are beneficial to customers. Of course, you have 30 days after delivery to return any unsatisfactory products.

We will gladly welcome any goods that has not been worn or used (with accompanying tags and packaging). But we'll give you a complete refund if Fashion Wear Apparel sent you an incorrect or defective item.

Please be aware that you may only obtain an exchange or refund if the product is returned to us in its original packaging.

Take note:

• A 25% restocking charge is paid by the customer for returns.
• The refund money will be sent into your account within 5 to 10 business days of the products being delivered to us. If you're exchanging something, it will take 3–4 business days.
• The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges will be covered by the customer.

• There is no refund or exchange policy for customized products. Closed-out items cannot be returned or exchanged.
